Dr. Goanoli has extracted 3 of my teeth on 3 different occasions. Even told me he couldn't be certain it was my root canal that caused my pain, done yrs before by another dentist. I had pain in my face and it could have been a sinus infection. I had my nose fixed deviated septum, I was happy with - brought my hearing back. But the pain finally reemerged. I considered having all my teeth pulled. Dr G pulled the root canal, nice work... Uncomfortable but expected. It was nasty and infected! I saw him for what I thought was an impacted wisdom tooth that kept re emerging. Another dentist in west Hartford insisted I needed to be put under for. And wow his estimate was high. Dr. G pulled it while I was awake, and it was a breeze! My gums were actually still growing in the center of the tooth, it was not impacted. And Dr. G saved me lots of money. His staff was polite, he wasn't a big socializer he's a worker. My kind of dr! Just want it done and over with ! Couldn't be happier!
