Dr. Bernard is a extremely competent oral surgeon. However, I would not recommend his practice if there is a viable alternative. First, he charges for items/situations that should be inherent to the procedure. For example, there is a cost for the procedure but then he tacks on additional charges for things such as the office visit, sterialization of implements (!), etc. In addition, pymt. in full is due before any work begins. This puts you totally at the mercy of the dr.'s schedule---which begins at midday. There were times that the Dr.'s office rescheduled my work for weeks or he did not show up until very late. Since he had already received pymt., I essentially had no recourse. But I came away from the experience feeling that he had no respect for the time of his clients.
