About Front Desk: Dr. Gesek was great, however - the billing practices at this office seem to be corrupt. I confirmed prior to the appointment that the office is participating with my plan. The copay was collected at time of service for the procedure. However, for the second month in a row - I have received the bill for the full cost of the procedure and I have confirmed with Blue Cross that they still have not received the claim. These are certainly questionable billing practices, and I have gotten absolutely nowhere with the billing rep. I am getting Florida Blue advocacy team involved, and whatever other government agencies that can be of assistance.
