I have had much dental work over the years but my experience with Dr. Lewis was by far the worst ever. I had my tori and a tooth removed and was awake and alert the whole time. I kept trying to make noise and move so they would see I was not in the twilight sleep like I was supposed to be. Dr. Lewis told me to shut up and after the surgery he implied that I abused drugs and/or alcohol and that is why the sedation did not work. He also broke an appointment with me to go play golf. The surgery was over 4 years ago, but I am still traumatized by the memories.
About Front Desk: They staff was very rude and made no apologies for Dr. Lewis breaking my appointment.
