I am very disappointed with Dr. Maron and have decided not to use him for a surgery my daughter is having although he was her surgeon last year. Her previous surgery went well, I was impressed with his work. However his front office is very difficult to work with. I have a 9 year old daughter that I took out of school early, I drove 45 minutes to make an appt. on time. After waiting over 30 minuites we had still not been called in to see Dr. Maron. When I explained that I had other children to pick up from school and probably needed to reschedule I was told that we would see the Dr. in 5 min. After waiting a total of 45 min.s (and after watching someone come in well after us be called back) and still not being called back I asked if I could see Dr. Maron for just a minute. I was told that he was not available, that he was with a patient, and they were not sure when I would be able to see him. It was incredibly rude and inconsiderate, especially since a child was involved and could hear all of this. There are many other good oral surgeons in Atlanta. Most people have a problem with our healthcare system in terms of insurance or the cost of prescription medicine. I have a problem with common curtesy, it makes all the difference
