Dr. Dillon was pleasant to deal with, but the follow up procedures are not. I had to make several calls the day of my surgery in order to get someone to call me back. The next week I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the office and was told it would be 2 days before anyone could get back to me. Only when I made a fuss did the supervisor give approval for a message to be left with Dr. Dillon.
