I had a cyst on an old root canal that had become infected and needed to be removed. Dr. Lazerson was professional and straightforward with me about my situation and honest about the chances for a complete success. He was very conscientious in preparing me for the surgery. Scheduling was prompt and convenient, and while the procedure didn't start exactly at the scheduled time, it wasn't a long delay.
My highest praise comes for his care after surgery. I called about 7 in the evening the day of the procedure. He returned my call quickly, remembered me(!) and gave me the correct answer to my question. I also had the cell number of his assistant, who happens to live near me, in case of emergency.
My only quibble is that I was not aware I would receive a separate bill from the lab that examined the cyst. When I asked about this, I was told that it was an oversight and not standard procedure not to mention the separate bill. Otherwise, I am overall very pleased and most important, the procedure succeeded!
