We initially consulted with Dr. Yanagihara for a procedure to remove my 6 year-old son's tooth. There was a disconnect in our communication regarding the follow up surgery; therefore, no follow up occurred. We were personally blamed for the failure to respond, and treated in a condescending manner. Dr. Yanagihara's unprofessionalism warranted us to seek a different provider. His lack of personality and good patient service makes me appreciate that this fallout occurred as I would be horrified to have a person of this temperment working on my child. I would not recommend his services to anyone, particularly to parents of young children.
