They take your insurance information but DO NOT tell you they are not in any insurance network. They charge exorbitantly more money than is usual and customary. When I complained to the office manager about the fact they didn't tell me they were out of network and they charge so much more than is customary, she told me "why do you think we make you pay up front."
I would NEVER NEVER NEVER go back here! Ripoff!
I have reported them to BBB and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
