This dental office staff is all about the money. They don't do anything without insurance even if you offer to pay first. I am a cancer patient who was sent to him for a growth on my gum. The first appt. the staff hadn't received my insurance okay before the exam so I offered to pay for the exam out of my pocket and was told no. I called my insurance co. from his office and staff finally let me in for a cursery exam and scheduled me for the next week. After removal of the growth he said (four times) that he would call in 2 - 3 days with the biopsy results. I called him 4 business days later and staff said he would call. I called 6 business days later and they said I had to come in to the office for results in 2 more days. Fearing the worst, I went in only to find out that everything was okay. As happy as I was to hear this, he had put me through WAY too much stress. I've never heard of anyone requiring you to come in for good news. Of course, I'd been fearing the worst. He knew I was in treatment for cancer and couldn't understand my reaction to his good news. He thought that an apology was all that was necessary. I'll never go back to him again nor will I allow any member of my family to go to him.
