I have an extreme fear of dentists. Other than having a tooth extracted in an emergency a couple of years ago in another state, I haven't been to a dentist of any kind in well over 20 years. I found myself in need of an extraction yet again and was referred to Dr. Evans. This was, without a doubt, the most positive experience one could possibly have. I wanted to be knocked out. Dr. Evans was willing to do that but he was also very honest and explained that my insurance wouldn't cover it for a single tooth extraction. He assured me that he could do the extraction without putting me under and do it well. He and his staff took extra care to make sure that I understood what they would be doing and what I could expect as well ensuring that I felt no pain whatsoever.
Dr. Evans and his staff delivered on every promise. They did everything possible, to include an excellent application of a topical anesthetic to minimize the discomfort of the numbing shot, to ensure that my entire experience was completely pain free. The bedside manner of Dr. Evans and his staff deserves 10 stars.
I pray I never need another tooth extracted. However, if I do, I'll be running straight to Dr. Evans' office. He and his staff are truly delightful.
