About Front Desk: After Janet losing my insurance information in the mail, failing to return my calls consistently, even when I attempted 3+ times and when the message was urgent, and--MOST IMPORTANTLY--failing to call in prescriptions for Valium the night before my surgery and THE DAY LATER failing to call in nausea medication while I was miserable and vomiting--it was the fault of the fax machine, and the insurance information was lost in the mail, of course--I am beyond livid with her lack of performance and rudeness (including the rudeness of his answering service), and would not return to Dr. Sullivan's office. It's really too bad, but if the face of your practice is someone who makes your patients doubt the quality, promptness, and attentiveness of your service, you are not a dentist that I would recommend. BEWARE.
