Dr. Lustbader extracted 2 wisdom teeth and 1 other seriously deteriorated molar. In place of the molar, he performed a dental implant. Frankly, I was petrified of this whole procedure....until I met Dr. Lustbader. He is personable, very professional, eminently qualified and put me at ease right away. He took time to explain every detail and answer my questions. I did not feel hurried. On the day of my oral surgery, Dr. Lustbader's assistants made me very comfortable - I had anesthesia (no side effects). Back at home, I took an ibuprofen and had a nap. I experienced very little pain. The implant was a great success, and I would have complete confidence going back to Dr. Lustbader. I recommend him without reservation. Notes: I had 3 extractions and 1 implant with graft. I did not include fees--this is for a patient to discuss based upon his/her specific situation. Dr. Lustbader's fees are viewed as reasonable and customary by my ins. company. Also, I did not rate the facilities "like a health spa"--not because they're inadequate, but because I want a great oral surgeon, not a smoothie and marble tile! The office and operating room are clean, neat, up-to-date and quite comfortable. Staff is great on every level.
