Dr. Larson and his staff goes to great length to make you feel comfortable, and to have a pleasant experience. They will make you feel like good friends, and you never have to wait. He seems to invest in the very latest equipment to minimize any pain. That combined with excellent attention to cosmetic looks and overall quality certainly places him in the top 5% bracket in all categories. What keeps him from getting the 1% rating, is probably nitpicking, but he is quite willing to cut quickly without lengthy discussions about alternatives. Maybe he needs to do this to make money, an if thats what you like, then he is probably perfect.
