The visit started out ok...I was having 4 teeth extracted. Dr. Sutley and his staff said they were easy teeth to remove and I did not require gas. I'm one of those people who needs multiple shots to totally numb my mouth. I had 16 shots total.
During the 4th extraction Dr. Sutley became very impatient with the fact that I could still feel pain when he was about to pull. I guess it was taking too long and he needed to get to other patients. He gave me one last shot that was deeper & longer than all the rest and I swear it was done with spite...then he asked in a cold tone "do you feel anything NOW?". Need I say more...I will never return and I will never refer anyone to his office.
