Dr. Abrams removed 2 of my wisdom teeth 9 days ago. One has been fine, but I have developed dry socket in the other. It has been and continues to be extraordinarily painful.
I am giving such a low rating because of the office staff at the New Ballas location. They forgot to enter my follow-up appointment in the computer, accused me of failing to schedule the appointment, then were defensive and downright RUDE when I showed them the actual appointment card. They REFUSED to apologize for their mistake, then demanded that I come back at a different time, because Dr. Abrams wasn't even in the office--I lost an hour of work time and was made to feel as if I was the problem. I left the office in tears.
I have scheduled an appointment at Dr. Abrams' NW Plaza location to have my stitches removed, and I will NEVER return to the New Ballas location.
