I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. Dealing with their billing manager was a nightmare. I asked to speak to someone else several times and was told there was no one else. Basically as the patient I was treated stupid and was not treated with respect. I work in a medical field and our billing department would never treat our patients in this manor. I think that dentist and orthodontist really need to be aware of referring their patients to this oral surgeon. I since found a new oral surgeon who has been very helpful in the billing process and provided great customer service. Having your wisdom teeth extracted by people who have no customer service is scary. Why would you let someone extract your teeth when they can't even be nice!!!!
