I have always been afraid of the dentist, so when I found out that I needed my wisdom teeth pulled I was totally freaked out. I actually cancelled my first appointment then I decided to go through it. I walked in to the office and it was nothing wonderful, but it was very clean. After they took me back I spoke to the most wonderful dental Assistant who really made me feel comfortable. I decided to be put out so that I would not have a panic attack. When I came to the Assistant walked me out the side door, so that I would not have to walk through the waiting room. Which I thought was outstanding customer service. After a few hours at home the doctor called me to see how I was doing. I had no problems at all with the surgery except for the regular discomfort that comes with it. The only problem that I had was with my insurance. The insurance company quoted my procedure all wrong which costed me an extra $400.00 on top on $450.00 co pay. I ran across some personal problems which caused me not to pay the balance in full at the time it was expected. I spoke to the Office Manager who really was helpful and very understanding. I would recommend anyone to go see this Doctor and his staff . The whole office is so wonderful.
