Well, I scheduled my appointment several weeks in advance and made it clear that I only wanted bone grafting and not implants.I then drove the 45 minutes there, got there 15 minutes ahead of schedule as asked so I could fill out the paperwork. Then about a half hour after my actual scheduled appointment I saw his assistant. I once again reiterated that I only need bone grafting and she said, ohh he probably won't want to do it if you're not going to do the implant with him too. Umm, excuse me, I made it abundantly clear on the phone that I wasn't going to so if that is your policy then kindly inform your staff so you don't waste everyone's time. I mentioned that I made it clear on the phone and he said, "Oh, well I'm telling you I have no interest in this case. They're just the receptionist." He was so kind not to charge me the $70 consultation fee. How about paying me $250 for wasting my day.
