Did a deep filling that led to sharp pain in tooth. Can't necessarily blame him for this. (Unfortunately, eventually had root canal, apico, and extraction of tooth.) Wasn't informed in advance about out-of-pocket cost of a procedure. I think in general, services provided are fine.
