I had a couple old fillings (no pain, no sensitivity, just old) replaced by Dr. Whitmyer a few years ago. There was pain and sensitivity for a couple months, and I tried to talk to him on the phone but was told by the nurse to come in for a visit. I felt that I was brushed off when I revisited (and got charged more).
I almost cried when I received the big bill for the services that ruined my teeth, which are still very sensitive now. I cannot use one side at all. Even with the less sensitive side, I have to avoid lots of foods to minimize the sensitivity and pain when I chew.
