This doctor was arrogant, and his staff was rude. They treated us very poorly, and after the consultation and doing some homework on other patients experiences we went elsewhere and are very glad that we did. All he wanted to do was "name-drop" all the important people he has treated (guess confidentiality doesn't exist in his office). From our experience there are certainly other dental professionals available that will take better care of you than this guy.
