Let me begin with saying that I've never liked doctor visits. I had to have my wisdom teeth taken out this morning. I'm 23 years old, and this was my first real surgery of my life. I was scared. But as soon as I was in there, Dr. Ellis made me feel right at home. He explained the entire procedure, and found many opportunities to lighten the mood with some humor, while at the same time keeping his head (and mine) in the game. As soon as I was laying in the chair, about to get an IV started, he noticed that I was beginning to get nervous again. Dr. Ellis assured me that every thing was going to be fine, and continued to talk to me until I was sedated. I woke up about a half hour later, and was amazed at how smoothly the procedure went. Dr. Ellis came to the recovery room, and explained how it all went, and it went well. Thank you, Dr. Ellis. I appreciate all that you've done.
