About Front Desk: Very poor front desk staff. Was considering using them for cosmetic services. Staff needs to be trained in common courtesy. Maybe this provider should stick to insurance work, as they clearly have no finesse for dealing with people who pay out of pocket. I will take my business elsewhere.
