Kind of guy that doesn't look you in the eye- he has an implant coordinator for that. He talked to her about my xrays etc the entire appointment as if I wasn't in the room. Never saw him when I came in for impressions, not even a peek in.
Wants all cash up front, couldn't wait for half from health care spending account. Felt like a $$ sign at that point, , can't get through the door without cash in hand, even for models. Got uncomfortable for me feeling quality of care was not the focus here and neither was I as a patient. Got high sales pressure from the implant coor.who was practically yelling at me because I decided to go elsewhere.
Too bad for them, I ended up with 6 implants, couple extractions, bone grafts done by a warm, approachable surgeon who speaks with me directly even by email and has my besy interest at heart.
