I was impressed with his competency, but you'd better know what you need done before you visit. He had NO time to explain something as important as an implant versus a bridge, then expected a snap decision. The experience made me feel so stupid that I almost burst into tears when I finally escaped to my car. I now know how unnecessary that experience was, as I made an appointment with another implant specialist who explained everything in detail (which allowed me to make a really informed decision) and treated me as if I were the most important customer that ever walked into his office. I won't go back to Dr. Trammel.

About Front Desk: Terrible! Nice office, but absolutely NO personalized service. They act like they resent your being there. I'm sorry, but I can go to the Social Security office if I want to feel like part of a cattle call.
