It was a HORRIBLE experience. I did not feel comfortable at all about the procedure. The staff did not take any consideration or care in making me comfortable during the procedure. the "laughing gas" was ridiculously low and they did not turn it up when I asked...it was basically pointless to have it on. Dr. Duffy was not careful with my tooth, using such force that I worried he had chipped it. They did not go over aftercare procedures with me. It would put a child in tears if they underwent the same procedure I did. The staff was not warm or pleasant, with the exception of the girl up front. One girl looked like a stripper covered in tattoos with a gruff matter-of-fact demeanor. I will NEVER go back. it was a truly horrible experience. If someone is uneasy or has anxiety about dental procedures, stay far away from here. This place could cause people nightmares.
