I feel that the dentist was great at helping patients. My grandma went with me to the appointment to see if I needed wisdom teeth removed and when I went in for the procedure my mom went and he pulled out the pictures and explained it to her.
I did have a pretty bad reaction to my pain medicine. It made me very ill and right after having four teeth removed it is an issue to be throwing up. My mom was able to call the doctor and very quickly he had me on an over the counter pain med and another medicine to stop me from being ill.
He sent home a paper for how to take care after surgery that was very useful and also sent plenty home care supplies such as gloves and gauze. I just felt like he was more caring than some of the doctors I have been to in the past and was reachable for issues and worked with us to help.
