Dr Woodward is awesome. Great Dr. Great Assistant Staff ie: Anethesiologist and Nurse.
The Customer Service (The Biller) is just the opposite. She is very business with no Customer Service Skills I can see.
She is not available the majority of the time (she works from home) and calls you a day or 2 before the appt - to let you know "Exactly" what she expects up front from you. some may say that is her job, and for sure it is, but it could be handled very differently "especially" for repeat customers. If he werent such a good Dr, would have not come back based on Biller Customer Service alone. I spoke to my Primary dentist about this serivce and he said other patients he referred to Dr Woodward have said the same thing. Hope this can change !!
