I have been a patient of Dr. Urick's for 3 years. Dr. Urick cares about his patients, is knowledgeable and takes time to explain problems/treatments. His office is in a great location if you work downtown and it's only a couple of years old so has the latest equipment, like digital X-rays and computer screens (which are handy when he's explaining problems). I have referred him to many coworkers who have all been very happy with his service.
The only problem I've had with Dr. Urick's office was with the administrative staff (I think she was a new hire). Dr. Urick called me personally to apologize, which I appreciated. His services are also not cheap, though I don't know how they compare to other dentist in downtown SF.
