Two times visitng. Thought the first time was ridiculously long wait for my daughter (over 2 hours) But the next week, I had to bring my son in for his appointment and the wait was over 3 hours. People were crowded in the waiting room. there weren't enough chairs. There were starving kids and old people waiting . The secretaries continued to tell people the wrong message and never gave any consolation for all the waiting and nuisance. They should have at least been honest about the problems they have And for god's sake stop overscheduling so that you can make money and we suffer the consequences for your next buck.
