The procedure was explained to me and my mother. Even though I was a minor at the time I liked the fact that I was included in all discussions and decisions. There was pain in many of the procedures but the staff and Dr. Staples would talk to you and pat your shoulder to take your mind off of the pain. It's been almost 9 years since my implants have been in place and I am happy. I appreciate what Dr. Staples has done for my smile. -LDB
