I was referred to nashville oral surgery Dr.Mack for a consult wisdom teeth for my daughter. My dentist downtown referred me because I lived close to his office. The staff was friendly but the Dr. really creeped me out by getting too close to my daughter being unprofessional and rushed the consult. I didn't get all of my questions answered and ended up getting over paid. I decided not to schedule for the surgery for my daughter because if he was strange around my daughter in the consult in front of me then who knows what he does during the surgery? The oral surgeon upstairs staff couldn't get me in for a surgery in time for my daughter either and the lady on the phone was quite rude. It seems to me that entire building is unprofessional and I rather drive downtown for surgery than go there.

About Front Desk: The girl upfront was very nice but seemed untrained when I asked why I was over paid. The women who ended up handling the situation with my insurance and questions seemed pushy. Something seems odd about this establishment/surgical center.
