My wife recently had a tooth extracted because of a 3-year old shattered root. Since I got to foot the bill, I'll go ahead and post my thoughts. ;)
Keep in mind that I do not typically run around DFW "auditng" dentists, so this review is not relative in the true sense.
Cost: What I consider very reasonable.
Facilities: Just dandy, very clean, and the office had that "oh so pleasant" antiseptic smell that we have all learned to fear as children. From an adult's standpoint, this is a good thing.
Customer Service: Outstanding (the reason I am posting this review). What impressed me most was that Dr. Spradley himself (yup, you're reading it right) called the evening after the surgery to check on my wife and make sure everything was OK. Wow.
Stress & Anxiety: My wife loves the old guy...thinks he's the cat's meow. If there wasn't a 30+ year age gap, I would be concerned! ;)
Treatment Success: So far, this is only stage one of a two stage process. The implant still needs to be put in, but that's 5 months off, so I'll post an update in about 5 months.
