Dr Franco and his staff were very professional and courteous. The procedure was surprisingly easy with only some minor discomfort. Dr Franco explained the treatment thoroughly, and the procedure only lasted about 20 minutes. Dr France even personally called me the next afternoon to make sure everything was OK!
