Dr. Franco is a caring, compassionate, talented surgeon. And his staff are great. I had surgery on April 23rd, (13 teeth/root extraction including 4 wisdom teeth) and I'm almost completely healed. I'm glad I did it, the pressure and pain are gone. There was no pain aside from the needle Alberto put in my hand. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants someone who actually cares.
However, I was very disturbed by these people today. I'm very prone to infection w/o having holes in my mouth, so naturally I'm starting to feel under the wheather. When I tried to get ahold of someone at the office, all I got was their standard answering message. After leaving 3 messages and calling Dr. Franco's cell phone and leaving a message throughout the course of 6 hours, I still hadn't gotten a call back. What If I'd had an actual medical emergency? I even left Plano on my lunch to see if I'd gone bananas. But no. There was no note on the door, no message on the outgoing message, nothing but a deserted office. Come to find out, they're all at a Cinco De Mayo party down the street. Now, I'll celebrate tonight, too, but it's not very professional to leave your patients dangling in the middle of office hours.
