Dr. Franco is a highly qualified, very skilled and knowledgable oral surgeon. He has excellent chair-side manners, both caring and very professional. He is my hero and angel since he saved my life, I had severe obstructive sleep apnea which included years of exhaustion, confusion, irritability, dizziness, horrible headaches, heavy snoring, depression, and light-headedness. My fatigue was so overwhelming that I was severely addicted to caffeine and carbohydrates. Since 1996, I gained over 100 lbs. My sleep disorder was like an agonizing chain tied to me. My life tremendously and positively changed on May 13,2006. Dr. Franco performed a very effective and complex surgical procedure (called maxillary-mandibular advancement osteomomy).This moved my upper and lower jaw bones forward which brought my tongue away from the back of my throat. My upper airway is enlarged ,enabling my mind and body to be enriched by oxygen. There is a definite improvement in my profile.I feel so energized.I no longer snore.
