Never got to meet the Dr. Was turned away at the window by JoAnn at the Eastside location. After searching for an Oral Surgeon and getting pre-certified, Joann insisted that if I wanted her care we were to pay everything in full then file for re-imbursement with my insurance. Waiting a week to be seen by a dentist to help me with my wisdom teeth pain was painful enough, so please for you own good, you dont need to put yourself or your loved ones through additional heartache when searching for a dentist.

About Front Desk: Met with Joann. She seemed eager to turn me away as soon as I got there. If you are a federal employee, please for your own good, reconsider other options listed on your PPO list.
