Wait time of 55 minutes. Prior to the appointment I was told that the bill would be $25 (co-pay) and that my insurance would cover the remainder, which would be de minimus.
Dr. Cohen saw me for exactly 4 minutes - very impersonal, careless. Rendered an opinion of "wait and see", then dismissed me. Received a bill totaling nearly $200 (after the co-pay). I called them to express my displeasure, that this was an overcharge. Only was able to leave a message with an answering service (very shady) - then someone called me back from a blocked number.
Next I receive a bill charging me $3 in interest on the medical bill. I figure it wasn't worth the fight, but I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this individual to anyone else. There are too many good, conscientious doctors in Houston - patients should make better use of their time (more than Dr. Cohen does, anyhow).
