I saw Dr Holcomb in April 2012 for a first time consulation to remove all four wisdom teeth. He was very nice, as well as his staff. Well, I put off the procedure until August and when I called to set up the appointment, I was informed that Dr Holcomb had passed away in June 2012. Such tragic news for such a wonderful doctor.
I was informed that Dr Reza Zakhireh, who is also a very experienced doctor, has bought the practice. I scheduled the appointment for today, August 31, 2012 at 8:30 AM. Dr Zakhireh introduced himself and showed me a picture of my dental records and explained what he was going to do and why. One of his assistant put vasoline on my lips to prevent them from cracking. Another assistant adjusted my chair and asked if I was cold and if I needed a blanket. They were very attentive!! The doctor inserted the IV and when I woke up an hour later, everything was done!! Didn't feel a thing, they had me stay there for maybe 15-20 minutes until they knew I was okay to go. In the meantime, the doctor informed me they were going to refund my credit card for something that I didn't need done after all !! Awesome!! Then they took me outside in a wheelchair and waited for my sister to bring the truck around and made sure I made it safely inside the vehicle. Despite it being a different doctor, I was very, very pleased with their service and highly recommend them!! Also, Dr Zakhireh personally called me himself around 4:30 PM to see how I was doing. Talk about customer service!! Thank you Dr. Zakhireh and also thank you to your wonderful staff!!
