Had baby tooth removed/implant inserted. No mention of issues after surgery or at post op meeting.. Four months later I find huge charges on my bill indicating periodontal disease. Pre treatment estimate said panorex would be taken post op. Instead much more expensive, not covered by insurance code billed. Something called implant index. Surgical assistant didn't know what it was. If there was a variation of pre treatment estimate shouldn't I have been told. The actual care & treatment was very good, however I got the impression he sometimes did extra tests/x-rays in order to increase the bill, or else he was very unaware about how many charges he was racking up for patients for things not covered by insurance.
I'm afraid to go back to finish and feel I have been "taken". Accounting manager said I should be glad I'm getting ANY of my deposit back.
