My niece needed emergency oral surgery. Dr. Szkalazy. the other dentist was in and was wonderful. She came back for the follow up and Dr. Olson was the one to see her. She thought, "well, it is only a follow up". She told him novocain didn't numb her. He gave her a gas and a shot but she could still feel everything. Dr. Olson opened the wound from the surgery and began probing. He put in drain while she was begging him to stop and kicking her legs. His assistant held her legs down and they both fussed at her for not sitting still. She was so traumatized when she called for me to rescue her, it was pitiful.
