This dentist has a great machine that does crowns while u wait it is called a Cerec (expensive). This dentist also does great implants (expensive) . . . Three years ago he did a great root canal on a tooth and I got the Cerec crown. Then, I had another tooth gone bad and he did another root canal without referring me to an endo and also put a Cerec crown. Then I had another tooth that had a huge filling and Instead of trying to save it, he told me the best approach would be to extract my lower molar and do an implant. I agreed to the extraction but the implant was toooo expensive ($2K!!) and I did not get it. Then I find out that the root canal tooth is infected because the root canal was not as thorough as it needed to be. And again I got the advice to yank out my tooth. Then I find out he opened an office in Century City - I guess he's got to pay for it somehow. I think this doctor is inclined to prep all root canal patients for implants. Keep your teeth - go elsewhere.
