He was not available (on call) over the weekend as he assured us he would be. Had horrible dry sockets and no where to go for the excruciating pain. He didn't apologize and made excuses for not always having good cell service. When a follow up visit was made a few days later, he didn't even care to touch base about the ordeal and instead sent in his assistant. He must have enough patients that are satisfied that he doesn't need to care about the percentage that are unhappy. Just hope you're one of the lucky ones if you go to him. We just wanted a genuine apology.
