When my 9-year-old daughter and I had our consultation with Dr. Tidwell, he said that he would have to remove 3 teeth. After the operation we realized that 5 teeth were removed. When we called to ask about this discrepancy, we were told that we were mistaken. When my wife finally got to talk to Dr. Tidwell, he was very hostile and abusive. He told her that she was "lying" and "stirring up trouble". Finding it hard to believe that this was his answer to our questions, I took our daughter in for an exam. He continued to be abusive and aggressive with me in front of my 9 year old. Even when he looked in her mouth and realized that he had removed 5 teeth, he was still defensive and couldn't apologize or even understand why we were upset.
I certainly hope no one else has to go through what we did. Needless to say, although his staff is very nice, I would not recomend Dr. Tidwell.
