I was referred to Dr. Tidwell by my dentist for a tooth extraction and implant. Staff was terrific, and Dr. Tidwell professional and thorough in his explanation of what to expect. Procedures were up to date, fast and amazingly painless.
Cost was high, but they knew my insurance and how to space the three-phase procedure (extraction, implant, crown) for best health results and insurance coverage / cost to me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for an unpleasant event (losing a tooth and having a pin drilled into my jaw). No pain, no infection, no gum issues, no discomfort or movement of the implant, and my dentist , Connie Manuel, had no problems installing the new crown on the implant post.
