I visited 4 orthodontists in my area before choosing one for my children. I learned that they are not all alike at all, and getting different opinions DOES make a difference. Dr. D was not the cheapest ortho but also not the most expensive. But it didn't matter to me how much he costs after I met him. He gave us the most thorough explaination about his ortho recommendations and talked to my son directly in ways that he could understand. His bedside manner was phenomenal compared to every other ortho we had visited. It was a hands down decision to choose him.
