Dr. Dykman see's too many patients to really be able to give good customer service. It's like an assembly line. The assistants are doing most of the work. He never acknowledges my daughter or talks to me about the treatment unless I ask. Also, watch out for his pricing. He'll give you a special price for your insurance (an agreed upon discount). Most people change insurances when they change jobs. If you do, he will then charge you the full price, which is too much. If you decide to go with him make sure you negotiate this and they change it in the contract.
