He is a really nice gentlemen. He is very patient in his discussion with you and makes you feel relaxed. The facility (they just moved a couple weeks back in April/May 2006) is very new. Every room/seat is accompanied by a LCD monitor/TV. Even the waiting room has two gaming consoles for the kids.
The staff are friendly and easier going. I'm not very sure about the cost because I decided to work with this doctor due to the above reasons and I didn't see another doctor. I'm currently starting (adult) orthodentics treatment. They did check for insurance and I got 25% off the cost due to my insurance.
The hygieninst is great (I met only two so far). Front dest is friendly. I must addmit that I am a new patient and I have yet to see in the long run. But so far I am very satisfied.
