I finally went in to see Dr. Hassig four years ago at the recommendation of several friends who spoke highly of him. At age 47, getting braces all over again was not exactly something I wanted to do, but my teeth were far from perfect and it affected my appearance. Dr. Hassig and his staff were professional and kind from day one, and my results speak for themselves. If you want a warm, attitude-free office and excellent treatment, I recommend Dr. Hassig without qualifiction. Although he is older, I was told (and now believe) that he is considered the best, most conscientious orthodontist in the city and is highly-respected in his field (I know he even teaches his techniques to students in Asia!). If your experience is anything like mine, you cannot go wrong here. Surprisingly, his rates are reasonable, especially given some of his high profile clients. My results were worth every penny. I have had horrible experiences with several dentists in town and one orthodontist who seemed more focused on getting as much money out of me as possible than with giving me the treatment I needed, but never once did I doubt Dr. Hassig's honesty or integrity.
